My house is in Pierpont / the Keys / Ventura Harbor — will salt air ruin my gate?

Not if we build it right. Homes within 2 miles of the ocean get our coastal package: 316 marine-grade stainless hardware, hot-dipped galvanizing, zinc-rich primer, marine powder coat, and stainless fasteners throughout. Adds 10–20% to the cost, roughly doubles the lifespan. Cheap imported steel rusts in two winters — ours won't.

Do you restore historic wrought iron on Downtown and Midtown homes?

Yes — one of our specialties. Ventura's older neighborhoods have beautiful original wrought iron that's worth saving. We repair rusted sections, re-weld failing joints, restore ornamental scrollwork, and refinish with period-appropriate coatings. We can also fabricate matching pieces if a section is beyond repair.
